What services do you offer?
We offer a fully managed web presence. We will create a streamlined, five page website customized with your branding and any pre-existing content from your previous website if you had one. We also optimize your website for ADA compliance and SEO to ensure that it ranks on Google, and set up and optimize your Google Business Profile (this helps you show up in Google Maps search results).
We will fully set up your website and take over management of your domain name and hosting, and ensure that there are backups of your site in the event of any issues in the future.
After your website is up and running, we’ll be here to make any on-page edits to your website, as well as for any technical support needed.
As your website grows, we’ll make sure that your hosting plan grows with you (at no additional cost to you) so that your website stays up without a hitch. We’ll also make sure that your domain is renewed every year.
We’ll keep an eye on your website and make any adjustments needed to stay up to date with the latest best practices on SEO, ADA compliance, and web design.

What do you charge?
Subscription Plan:
Our subscription plan is a monthly fee of $175, with a 6 month minimum contract to start. After that, it is month to month, and you can cancel anytime after the 6 months has passed. If you cancel after 6 months, you keep your domain name, but you cannot keep the design or any of the code.
Our goal is to have clients who are understand that websites are an investment and that they will bring in more than $175/month in new customer revenue.
Lump Sum:
If you prefer a one time payment, you can opt for a lump sum of $1500 up front. Of course, since it’s a one time payment, the lump sum option does not include management of the domain, hosting, backups, unlimited edits or tech support. You can opt for a $50/month add on for the full service management, and it also operates on a 6 month minimum contract.
For additional pages: The websites that we offer are a standard five-page website, but we can add an additional page (e.g. Portfolio, Specific Services) for a one time $100 payment.

How long will my project take?
After you fill out the inquiry form, we’ll get back to you within 48 hours with some design options. You get to decide which design works best for you, and you’ll also send over your domain name login and all the assets you have that you would like to appear on your new website.
We’ll get to work putting everything together and customizing the design to your brand. This stage will take about a week.
Then, we’ll get together on a Zoom call to go over the final product and you’ll let us know what adjustments you’d like to be made, if any.
Shortly afterwards, your website will go live! From start to finish, the process will take 2-4 weeks, depending on how much back and forth needs to take place. Our priority is creating a website that you’re happy with, so we’ll make every effort to incorporate your feedback.

If you want to be extra prepared, start collecting your domain name login and hosting login (if you have one), as well as creating a file of all the images, text, and links you have on your website.
If you don’t have a website, start thinking about what you would like your domain name to be (hint: try to make sure it’s not too hard to spell), as well as collecting any images you might have.

Do you offer revisions?
Of course! With our subscription package, we will make any revisions or edits you need as your business grows and changes. You can expect a 48 hour turnaround on simple edits to photos, images, links, blog posts, and the like.
If you would like to add pages or any other complex features, you can expect a one-time fee of $100. We will also always discuss with you first to make sure that the feature you need is compatible with your website design.

Do you work with clients outside of Seattle?
Yes! We are a 100% remote firm and can work with anyone in the US or beyond.
